When I was little, I was always fascinated by how neatly some of my friends wrote. I spent many a happy hour trying to copy the style, as I noticed they got better grades when the teachers could actually read their work!

Christmas 1979 - all I wanted was either The Pleasure Principle by Gary Numan, or Replicas by Tubeway Army. My Dad bought me both! I was over the moon. One of the album inserts had the lyrics to all the songs written out in the most fascinating script. I spent hours practising the style. This font is probably nothing like the original after all these years, but I have named it accordingly!

I used to try writing long, flat letters in an attempt to quickly fill up more of the pages using fewer words at school! Over the years, it has developed into a stlye of writing that I still enjoy using today.
